  Fit-out of the first wellnest branch in Essen, Germany. wellnest is an innovative concept for an individual wellness experience in a modern and high-quality ambience. Special feature is absolute privacy. Each wellnest is equipped with a sauna, whirlpool, rain shower, relaxation area and WC - bookable for up to four people. Guest enjoy their personal spa in a completely private atmosphere. Interactive entertainment and healthy catering complete the experience. Lucian Thum was responsible for dry construction, floor coverings and painting. Due to the pilot character an intensive exchange with planners and operators was already given in the planning phase. During construction Lucian Thum's expertise in execution and materials was appreciated.
